Annual Meeting Recap

The HOA held our annual meeting tonight. On the agenda was the election of directors and members of the Architectural Control Committee, along with the consideration of the amendments that were proposed.

There was no contest for either election, with five nominees for the board, and three nominees for the ACC.

Congratulations to the 2010 Board of Directors:

- Lisa Wright (1st term, previously on board in 2004)
- Megan Hamaker (5th term)
- Mike Stacy (5th term)
- Steven Rand (4th term)
- Steven Thompson (3rd term)

Also congratulations to the new ACC members:

- Donald Lucas
- Kevin Ericson
- Mike Passons

There were not enough homeowners or proxies present at the meeting to consider the amendments, and approval of these will be considered over the next couple of months by gathering signatures from homeowners.
