Proxy for Annual Meeting (Supporting Amendments)

If you are not planning to attend the HOA annual meeting, please consider submitting your proxy for this meeting. If you would like to support the amendments that would provide homeowners the option to pay their dues on a quarterly basis, please consider making me your proxy (see attached form).

Please note, that if you support the rights of homeowners to pay their dues quarterly, providing your proxy to any member of the HOA board would prevent your vote being cast IN FAVOR of those amendments.

If you have already submitted your proxy and would like your vote in favor of these amendments to count, please resubmit the attached modified proxy that instructs your proxy on how to vote on this matter. Be sure to sign and date this proxy.
