HOA Board Dirty Tricks

In a recent email communication from the board (to the community), the board failed to delete the email discussion that occurred between members of the board, and our property manager, April Tuey. A part of that discussion included the following:

One other thing if you do not want to have the Special Meeting after the Annual, we could still hold it on Wednesday or Thursday of the same week and be in compliance with the 30 day rule. I just thought that making the meeting so late at night might discourage the homeowners.

Our property manager has recommended that homeowners be discouraged from considering the amendments being proposed by calling the special meeting at 9PM following the special meeting. Our board has supported this.
